We cannot guarantee the condition of the plants upon arrival due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures, shipping delays, or mishandling by the carrier.

3. Packaging: Our team carefully packages plants to protect them during transit. However, minor leaf drooping, soil displacement, or cosmetic imperfections may occur. These are often temporary and can be resolved with proper care and acclimatization.

4. Delivery Schedule: We strive to deliver your plants within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
